Every now and then random ports are changed from auto to off. Is this a sign of someone accessing my portal/controller though the internet?

Doe sanyone know why my profiles keep disappearing from the iOS app? it is getting really annoying to set up the tank profile everytime I want to use the app.

What router are you using? Did you fully solve your issue?
Ever since I got Brighthouse I completely lost my connectivity. Port fowarding doesn't work for my RA, and I also get intermittent connection.

edit:mhmm...my webbanner seems to update but I have no access in the portal.

My wifi utility gives me an error, It says unable to connect additional updates required please see below. There is nothing below.

Is the an easy way to fix/replace the Temp probe 3pin Connector? I just had a second one failed, the cable just came out of the connector after installing the RA in my new house. I am a very careful person, and after having one failed before I handle these connector very carefully.

Im actually trying to using the high ATO with the sensor.

is there something I need to put in the code to use the ato ports? I plug a sensor in the high ato port and it's not turning on. I am using the low ato port to control a DC pump, don't know if that makes a different.

Can the tunze cable be modified to use it on the ATO ports?

When using the RA, doses it matter the position of the manuals knob (how high or low)?

So for the Kessil the daylight channel controls intensity and the actinic controls the spectrum?
