can someone tell me where exactly i am supposed to type this program into

trying to upload a sample code to my new reef angel + but keep getting error code. see attached screen shot. i originally used my dell computer with windows, but now i want to use my macbook with 10.6.8 operating system if possible, do i need to possibly reset something being i started with a differ...

don't i look stupid. but there is no wizrd in the tool menu. is it somewhere else ?

that other pic was from my windows computer, see attached for screen shot off my mac book. you will see no tool bar, i am not trying to make a code that is the screen that apears when 1st entering audrino and i can't get the wizard or anything else.
