Since my computer died, I'm borrowing one to fix my RA. The problem is that the RA installer won't install. Keeps saying something about it can't read the original file. I can't say. I used RAGen to make the code, I used the dual ATO function.

Finally got the holder built. Nothing was on the switch. However, now it seems my code is messed up somehow. When the switch is triggered, nothing happens.

It looks like the foam part is stuck to the middle plastic part. The high switch is usually stuck in the up position, until I decide to check it and knock it back down.

Is my float switch defective? Did I install incorrectly?

The key is connecting the high and low switches to the correct port on the RA, this info can be found in the manual

Is anyone elses float switches sticking. My high side one keeps staying up even when the water level is below it. Anyone else having this issue?

Changed the pH10 to 740, the RA is reading 7.87 now...fixed

I calibrated to 4 and 10. I got 244 and 840, respectively.

The issue is that those settings make my pH read ~6.6
