My unit acting weird
Last night I heard lots of clicking coming from the power box. Checked the display and half of the screen was flashing black. The other half looked like it was constatly updating. Temp reading was 158, pH was -8. I unplugged everything, plugged back in, seemed to fix it for a minute. This time it wa...

Re: New guy just starting out
One more issue, my controller frequently freezes up. As in, won't respond to physical or WiFi commands. The only way to fix this is to unplug it then plug it back in. I have no way of messing with code currently, so I know I haven't changed anything. As idea as to what's happening or how to fix it? ...

Re: Windows 7 boot issues
Before I go off and reformat (to many assignments are on this thing), I ran the pre bios checks and the hard drive failed. The manual says that it needs to be seated correctly. I redid the connection, but it still fails. I tried to do what they say for the factory reset, but it freezes before I can ...

Ok, my summer budget is blown I need to redo my coding, so time to repair this thing myself. When I startup I'm given the option to Launch startup repair or start Windows normally. After either option the following screen appears. I've searched the internet and it seems the startup repair option is ...

Re: New guy just starting out
My computer is still broken, but I have my phone. Why did nothing happen when my tank overheat? I set the overheat temp to 83°, it was 85°during the night and sitting at 83.4° now. Why didn't my lights shut off? More importantly why do my lights want to turn in now? They're not set to turn on until ...

Re: Wifi Periodically Stops Responding
Besides the firmware update, my WiFi is working again! The main thing I wanted to check were the WiFi settings, but with a broken comp is a little hard. Turns out my router had changed to port 1006. I haven't been messing with the settings, can someone hack into my router using the RA connection? Se...

Re: New guy just starting out
Since my computer died, I'm borrowing one to fix my RA. The problem is that the RA installer won't install. Keeps saying something about it can't read the original file. Also downloaded the wifi utility again, it won't connect to the wifi attachment though. http://img.tapatalk.com/d811fcf1-d972-1be1...
Re: Ph cal
Le puedes mandar un PM a Roberto, el te manda una zonda nueva.
Tus números no se miran bien, el pH 10 usualmente esta en los 8xx.
No te olvides de sacar el enchufe para acer un reset.

Re: Wifi Periodically Stops Responding
Jumping on this bandwagon, from my portal updates I can tell the controller had been communicating with the portal, just not constantly. Tagging along to see the solution.

Re: aquastyle online diy led's
I run 28 LEDs per one MeanWell LPF-60D-48. I'm thinking about my options about going to LED and I'm trying to recreate your setup. Your drivers state that the max wattage is 60w, yet you run 28x3w LEDs on each driver. My math isn't perfect, but that's 84w per driver. Is there some parallel calculat...

It looks like the foam part is stuck to the middle plastic part. The high switch is usually stuck in the up position, until I decide to check it and knock it back down.

Float switches sticking
Is anyone elses float switches sticking. My high side one keeps staying up even when the water level is below it. Anyone else having this issue?
Re: Ph cal
Thanks, rebooting now
Reading 7.6
RedSea is currently reading 7.8
Changed the pH10 to 740, the RA is reading 7.87 now...fixed

Re: Ph cal
I calibrated to 4 and 10. I got 244 and 840, respectively.
Re: Ph cal
The issue is that those settings make my pH read ~6.6
Re: Ph cal
Calibrated to pH 4(244, adjusted to 544 via phone app) and pH 10(840, don't know what to adjust to since I can only go to 1024). Been playing with the numbers and I can't really find my sweet spot. It's read from 6.6 to 8.9. The only other way to check pH is a redsea kit, showing 7.8. What am I doin...

Re: tunze controllable pumps
I'm looking at the manual and they seem to have moved the driver to inside the pump itself :) http://www.tunze.com/fileadmin/gebrauchsanleitungen/x6025.8888.pdf Page 20 part #3 should be the DIN5 connector. Do you have one of the controllable Tunze pumps to confirm? I do have a 6055, it does come w...
