I have received a few email alarms today like water leak , main pump stopped and bus lock.
I had my wife check the tank and controller and nothing is wrong. I also do not see anything out of the ordinary on the portal or my phone app.

Any ideas?

After a few years of running the ReefAngel Plus, I need to reconfigure the software.
My plugin for the web wizard no longer works. I download the plugin from within the web wizard, but it fails to install on my iMac.
Is there a trick to get it installed?

Never mind, it cleared. I was too impatient. It must take a while to finally update on the webapp.

Hello everyone.
I have been up and running on my setup for years now. Reef angel plus.

During water change today I received a bus lock. No biggie, happend before. I rebooted and all came back normal exept the bus lock flag will not clear on my webapp.

Any idea?

Hello everyone, Have not had any issues lately until now. PH probe started reading low. Recalibrated with 7.01 and 10.01 solution. 7.01 = 395 and 10.01 = 686. Does this sound correct? The probe reads 8.43 at night and 8.57 during the day. Checked against Salifert test which reads 7.7 at night and 8....

For that matter, can the original Cloud Wifi module do future updates over the web?

I noticed there is a new Cloud Wifi Attachment Manual V2.0.0 Is there also a newer module or does this work with the original Cloud Wifi Module?

Are you using the little short usb to usb cable? It plugs into the side of the wifi module. I had to connect the module before I started the webwizard application.Mine is on comport 4.

Still not receiving steady data for temp and ph. The email alerts are not working again either. This applies to the uapp (new server) and the portal. The old Reef Angel Client is working however on my windows 10 PC.

Ok, working again. Rebooted everything, Reef Angel, Apple router and comcast modem.

All is well.

Did my weekly tank maintenance and noticed that I did not receive my email warnings that I usually get.That's when I checked the rest of my data on the portal and noticed it stopped on the 21st of July.

Anyone having issues with the portal? I have not received any alerts since Saturday. Web chart is missing data also.
I can however read my temps and ph. Relays also show up correct and so do the dimming channels.

Nope, did not cut it. I will try to clean it with RO water. Is the 3 seconds adjustable in the software?
