Reef Angel plus upgrade

Okay , so after huge learning curve , just got a reef Angel plus upgrade board . So I can use wifi after I was sold a normal as a plus.

Screen doesn't work on it when I change boards.
Is board faulty ?

So I think that means everything is OK with wifi unit ?
Blue light not flashing.
What is my ip address that I need to put into the Uapp setting please ?

I can run the wizard , no problems, when I add wifi attachment, I add my user name to field, and home to DNS server, but when wizard tries to update, I get an error.
Please help

Finally managed to get a wifi adaptor for my RA.
When I try upload first wifitest code it says sketch too big ?

I have emailed them. How do I change the time on the RA physical unit ?
And would you know why my temp graph on the controller has disappeared ? ?

and RA client crashes everytime I try set com port.
Will the shop ship Wifi unit to South Africa, as there is no longer an agent here ?

So then only way to program it is using RA Controller ?( Using wizard? )
If I leave computer connected to RA I cannot have it feed to portal ?

I don't think either is picking up my RA. Do you think playing around in RA Client could have messed things up ?
Do I need to tell IE what com port RA is on ?
Is there a tutorial for using the Uapp/Portal ?

No Temp Display & RAClient keeps crashing

Hi
Just started with the RA. I am able to upload from wizard.

Problems - Please help
1. Temp display graph on controller has disappeared
2. When trying to set com ports in Reef Angel Client to access controller I get an unhandled exception error ( Win7 64Bit )
