Using Ethernet to Make Sketch Smaller?
Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone using ethernet to connect to the portal would know if my sketch would be smaller vs using wifi.
I have a first gen board and my understanding is the <RA_Wifi.h> portion of the sketch is quite large. Could I omit it if I use ethernet?
Thanks!

Changing Relays
My understanding is that all the relays are mechanical. I was wondering if anyone tried to replace the some with solid state for the wavemaker function. I would think it would be pretty straightforward, can anyone chime in? The primary reason why I would think to do this is for sound really. I don't...

Re: Relay PWM? Version 8.0
All done! Just like Roberto said. Solder on the caps and resistors. Made an adapter for the relay to connect to the Kessil cable and voila! Dimming leds!
Thanks for all the help!

Re: Relay PWM? Version 8.0
Correct. It's the filter and you do need to have them before the amplifier. If you do the way you mentioned outside the relay box, it won't work. Not sure what you are asking about the pads. Each resistor has 2 terminals and each capacitor have two terminals. You just need to solder them on the loc...

Re: Relay PWM? Version 8.0
Thanks Roberto. Is this the low pass filter (capacitor and resistor)? I'm guessing I can make the circuit and connect it to the leads outside the relay box? 15851255626_49ae83a2f4_o (1).png Also there seem to be two pads on R1/C1 and R2/C2 which ones would I use? I highlighted my guesses :? IMG_2017...

Relay PWM? Version 8.0
Hi Everyone,
I just bought a used RA. I want to try to dim my kessil 160we. I cracked open the relay looking for jumpers but didn't find any. The board is labeled version 8.0 is it PWM? And 0-12v? I'm guessing that I need analog?
Is there a way to diy could convert to analog?
Thanks!
Norm
