Re: Relay Expansion
I checked to make sure the cable is seated properly, which it is.
Is it a standard svga cable? I hav some spare cables from old svga monitotrs laying around. Can I us one of those to check if the cable itself is faulty?

Hey guys,
All of a sudden my second relay expansion is acting strange. One of the ports has stopped working and 2 of the other ones keep switching on and off every couple of minutes. Any suggestions on what to check?

Re: Dimmable Lunar Hub
Guys,
Is there any additional code for the moonhub needed over this?
ReefAngel.PWM.SetChannel( 5, MoonPhase() );
My lights are constantly on .. They never seem to change strength? Would it make any difference if I'm using the first generation dimming module?

Re: Dimmable Lunar Hub
Thanks roberto ... another question. Is it possible to connect the lunar dimmer up to one of the pwm ports on a relay expansion? I'm already using both daylight and actnic on the main relay box for 2 jebao units. It'll be easier to connect the plug into daylight/actnic on my second relay box instead...

Temp probe
Hey guys,
I upgraded to the RA + unit today and now none of my temp sensors are showing any readings? At first 2 of them showed 25.5 and 1 showed 0. I rebooted the unit and now all them show 0? Is there a step I may have missed when doing the upgrade? Everything else works perfectly.

Congrats on the wedding curt! How difficult would it be to create widegts for putting the Reef Angel into certain modes .. ie a widget to switch on feeding mode or water change mode. Re: Reef Angel Standard
Hey Roberto, I removed the SDA and SCL jumpers, reloaded the code and then replaced the jumpers. That worked in getting the code loaded without getting the out of sync error. My dimming module is just over a year old. When I got it I was able to upload code that simulates sunrise and sunset and does...

Hey guys, I have a problem with my Reef Angel. I added 2 dosing pumps and redid my code. Uploading code first time worked but I wanted to make a slight change so I uploaded it again. On that upload I got an error "avrdude: stk500_getsync(): not in sync: resp=0x64". I tried switching the Re...

Hey guys,
I have a question around the wiring of the hub. I have LEDS connected to ports 0,1,2 and 3 on my Dimmable Expansion Module. Am I correct in thinking I can connect the Moonhub to port 4?

Roberto, Still not getting any data from the Head Unit using the built-in in http server. Is there anyway to reset/reload the built-in web server? PH Probe port
Hi Guys, I noticed stray current in my sump and narrowed it down to the PH Probe. Suggestion from our local supplier here in SA was to clean the joint on the cable extension. This lead me to further testing discovering that the stray voltage is coming from the PH Probe port on the Head Unit. Has any...

Read this page on how to change the ftp server. Firmware version 2.4.5 is only for use on a non Ad-Hoc network. If you are connecting the device up to a standard wifi installation then you need to stick to 2.3.6
