Re: Custom Web banner
I personally like the one drew made, as well as the one Roberto posted just above. I just wish they weren't so large(pixel size) cud my local reef forum has a size limit. If we could remove the whit border and remove the reefangel wifi logo, it's be perfect! Sent from my Kindle Fire using Tapatalk 2

Re: Reef Angel Wizard
As an OSX user, you'll need to do the following to test the new wizard: open the zipfile Copy the "tools" and "updates"folders to ~/Documents/Arduino (I personally renamed the old folders, just in case) Copy the pde.jar file to /Applications/Arduino.app/Contents/Resources/Java/ Y...

I guess we should have followed up here.
Yes, that is the official git repo.

Re: VortechMenu
Cool, Any other way to change modes? Considering my vortech will now become the slave You can manually change the modes via the web interface. This is the same way that the iPhone and Android apps work. // RF Mode http://YOURIPADDRESS:2000/mb855,X // RF Speed http://YOURIPADDRESS:2000/mb856,X // RF...

Re: It's Here
Fatman,
Did you download the arduino installer from the main page? I'd install that first. then the hardware should be recognized.

Hello,
In your code, I see this:
Try uncommenting that, and see if it work.
I can't verify the code will compile, because it looks like you have written a couple custom functions.

Re: decisions
Cherub,
My advice would be: a $50 investment now, "futureproofs" your purchase.
I'd rather spend the extra $50 now, than to have to buy a whole upgrade down the road when you want to add some cool new feature.

Re: HELP! What do I need to pull this off?
Hi Nick, I love the amount of planning you've given your project. If you wouldn't mind some constructive feedback.. I would suggest using the primary relay box for all "critical to sustaining life" components. for example, a heater, and powerheads. The reason is, you can put one of the rel...

Re: ReefAngel git repository?
github is free for opensource projects. So, might be worth looking into :) jira is also free for open source projects, and allows you to use their 'OnDemand' instance. Which means, you don't even have to host it. Some of the huge benefits are: issue and feature tracking, search (people can see if so...

Re: ReefAngel git repository?
A couple questions: #1) Since you both are the primary developers, why aren't you both just working from the same repo in topical branches? Seems like that'd be a lot easier, and others who want to contribute would have 1 authoritative source to use as a common base for diffs. This would also allow ...

ReefAngel git repository?
Hello,
I've found github.com/reefangel, but commits to most of those repos are older than the latest library release.
Where is the official git repo for the libraries? I'd like to clone it, and develop against it.

Modification to StandardATO
Hey all, I'm about to order an eheim 300 pump for ATO, but I'd like to do it slightly differently that the way StandardATO does. Ultimately, I'd like a 3rd float switch. The 3rd will be in the reserve container. I want standardATO to work the way it normally does, *only* if the 3rd float switch indi...

RA upgrade
Hello, I'm considering purchasing an RA or RA+ However, it seems the only difference is the memory. I also see that I can buy an upgrade for $75. My question is, is the upgrade just a standard arduino board? If so, I have about half a dozen various models laying around (a few, unused) If I bought th...
