yes, it is supposed to override to 115200 when uploading

On a reboot the red light does flash, but nothing when I connect the cable

Can you check the last wire in the left?
It is the wire responsible for rebooting the controller when you upload codes.

Let's resume this tomorrow, but by the way you re saying the controller doesn't reboot when you hit upload and that you can use the wifi attachment fine, it leads me to believe it is the cable.

ok got the new cable and still not able to load a code. No red light flashing or anything
