Post by cgonser »

I just got my RA+ today and I am super excited to get it all programmed, BUT every time I run the wizard, I get an error! I have been reading on the forum but dont see any fixes, so I guess for now I am DEAD in the water! I have tried to call Reef Angel but keep getting the voicemail, someone please HELP! Thanks

You have the wrong board selected. Thats why it says you only have 32mb of memory. Make sure to pick the reefangel+

Make sure it's connected properly and that there are no loose wires in the connector. You can also try plugging it into a different temp probe port. Otherwise Roberto might have some other suggestions for you.

Can you check the wires?
That almost seems one of the wires got broken or shorted.

I have more than one temp probe and I tried another and temp seems to be correct.. Another question, I can only get the app to pull up info on my iphone when my phone is connected to the in house wifi, not when I am out of the house using the 3G...any ideas?

I would refer to the response given on the other thread so we don't give you answers in two places...

either your tank is boiling :-) OR more likely your reading is 18.5 degrees , decimal can be hard to see on the display
