Wifi Attachment stopped working

Post by ReEfnWrX »

So my WIFI attachment stopped working around 7:30 last night. I have verified that it still has a reserved IP as well as port forwarding. The green light is a slow pulse... which if I recall means it has an IP address

I tried connecting it to my laptop to reconfigure it and i get this message when I click connect

Opening Serial Port...
Verifying speed at 9600 baud
Connected to serial port COM3
> $$$
> set u b 57600
> set s p 0
> save
> reboot

Removing connection to COM3

> $$$
** ERROR - Please disconnect and then reconnect the Reef Angel Wifi Attachment from the USB-TTL cable and try again.

Are you able to ping the module?

Also, when I plug in the wifi attachment it automatically slow blinks green. None of the other colors blink. If I recall correctly, orange and blue would flash atleast once when initially plugged in and establishing wifi connection.

Those are not supposed to blink.
If you can ping but it is still not able to connect with browser or smart phone, I think you will need to send it back for analysis.
PM me for RMA.
