Hello I just got my used RA+ today. I downloaded Arduino, installed it, but I can’t find it it is like it never downloaded. After I get this up and running what is next? also how do i get a available valid wifi address, and get controller sending data to the Portal web server?

i would start with the webwizard instead of arduino standalone app.

it will walk you through everything for setting it up and getting the data sent to the portal.
you may have to update the firmware on the wifi module but you can tackle that after you get the code working and if you need to update it.

The only way to program the wifi attachment on the mac is using the wifi utility that came with the Arduino IDE.
Download the manual and follow the instructions.
If this module has not been updated lately, you will also need to change one setting manually, but we can work on that later.

So to get a available valid wifi address, and get the controller sending data to the Portal web server. I have to have the WiFi attachment correct? It will not do it by plugging the controller in to my Mac by the usb?
