Serial prot 'COM0" not found

Can someone point me in the right direction? I am trying to upload into the RA Plus controller and get the 'serial port com0 not found. I used ra wizard and direct copy from previous working codes - No luck -
It is a new laptop - windows 10 -
When I goto Tools>Serial Port - it is greyed out and I cannot select a port
I am able to work with old laptop and the RA+ works fine but the old pc is on its way out.
Any thoughts on how to assign a port?
