Roberto,

your patients is awesome.
Reef Angel hands down has the best customer service in the hobby...

No other company has come close to Roberto's customer service, Phone call, email, or otherwise.
his willingness to help out a fellow reefer regardless of what time it is.

Ditto. Your personal service is why you can't find a bad review or a bunch of used RAs for sale!!

I watched the forum for a while before I decided to buy my RA and I saw that for the most part Roberto answers every post on here.

I think Ademster nailed it on the head when he referred to Roberto as a fellow reefer.

The others are companies and don't have the personal attention that Reef Angel does.

Bingo! Endless possibilities for controlling a tank and endless support (quick support I might add) makes it a NO-brainer when purchasing a reef controller!!!!

He is the man :) got my gen 3 screen today roberto thanks again.. totally agree customer service is top shelf. Product is also.

Reading the posts I have Roberto has got to be one of the most patient people in the world.. To bring a product that is what RA is to the general public and support it like he does he needs an award dealing with all the repetitious learning curves that comes with RA..

I know I'm reading every day on this forum and I'm still lost lol.. I'm envious of you guys who can speak in code and make this possible for all of us who take a while to realize what's going on. So to all of you I say thank you and to Roberto I say you are the man bro..

I am determined to be able to code my own issues and functions and I feel that day will come eventually.. But until that "eventual" day I really appreciate all who deal with my randomized questions and (not) problems LOL. You guys know who you are. R.A.E. reef angel experts.
