Just ordered. Yay!!

I've been trolling this forum for a while while I was building my tank. My tank has been up and running now for almost a year. I built some awesome leds that I have running off an arduino 2560 that I hacked together, the tank is a 265 gallon mainly sps tank. I am lightly stocked still, but I just sunk almost 800 dollars into ordering my RA +. I put in two different orders just trying to make sure I got everything I wanted. I'll post updates as I go, not that anyone cares, but this stuff is so much fun to me.

These pictures were taken during and right after building them. I cleaned up a lot of wires and installed this in my canopy. There is three power supplies connected to 18 meanwell ldd drivers. All my corals seem to be growing great, I am so proud of this build.

Very nice. Are those the Steve's LED heatsinks?

I used their idea and cooling fans and leds. But I got the heatsinks from work.

I ordered the RA +. Dimming expansion, 3 dosing pumps. Wifi attachment. Expansion hub and two wp40 cables. I am going to use what code I can find and write some myself to automate and control everything I possibly can think of. I plan in getting more attachments and expansions as my needs change. If also like to try to help with the iPhone app.

Cool. The iPhone app needs all the help it can get. Not saying the Binder, Lnevo and others have not done what they can, but it's a different language to them.

I only see one expansion hub which you don't need yet since I only see one expansion I suggest the water level sensors If you're good with code, you should enjoy my volume based dosing functions with all those dosing pumps

Oh I'm sure I will put that expansion hub to use. Maybe not at first but in the near future it will be used for sure

I really am looking forward to the PAR expansion module. I think this will open up so any different doors for our lighting needs.

Can you point me in the direction of the code you have for the volume based dosing. If be interested in looking at it to see if it is something I could use.

Its in my signature. There's been a few threads where I've modified it for simplicity, but you'd have to search for it.

Omg. This is the third delay from ups. I'll never get my RA. The second order I did the day after my original arrived on Monday through the usps, but my original order is jinxed. Truck breakdowns snow. Lol
