Mount pH probe in-line PVC

Anyone know what kind of fitting would allow me to mount my pH probes in-line in my PVC overflow or return line?
Would there be too much pressure in a return line to safely install a probe in it?
On my new tank I am going to do the bean animal overflow so I could mount this in my full siphon line.
