bought a setup

Hi
i bought a setup from a local reefer who shut down
the list includes:
Reef Angel Plus Controller (Analog dimming)
Wifi-module
Bluetooth module (for programming)
Relay box (8 plugs to control)
Jebao battery backup with solar panel & battery
Expansion Hub
Relay Expansion module
Extra Relay Box (additional 8 plugs to control)
Salinity Expansion module
ORP Expansion module
New unused PH probe and ORP probe
Water level expansion module

im following the manual but when i try to upload the initial codes i get an error uploading
this is the note at the bottom in red:

any advice on what could be the issue? could my USB TLL cable be faulty?

Check device manager and make sure COM1 is the correct port. Also make sure the cable is plugged in the right way and all the way to the right.
