no pwm driver

Post by cain »

with regards to dimming led's, what if your driver doesnt take a pwm signal, it only takes 1-10 volts.
will you still be able to dim it using reef angel?

thanks

o.k. sorry,
this LED driver thing is confusing to me.
i havent build it yet, i'll use the driver which is easiest for the reef angel to control.
so just doing my research.
and when i talked to reefledlights, they said they dont recommend using pwm dimming since it changes the light spectrum.
instead i was advised to get a different controller. lol. driver is easier to replace at $30.
