RaGen wont run

i dl'ed and installed Ragen to my c drive under program files, it installed correctly.
however, i can't open it, everytime i click on Ragen you can see the arrow of the mouse turn into a circle like it's doign something then pffft nothing. am using Win 7 64bit, and yes when i installed it i had it "run as adminsitrator".

got it to work, then i closed it, then it wont work again.
uninstalled and reisntalled, it didnt work, so had to do uninstall/reinstall and finally got it to work, i dont know what's wrong with this.
