Controller keeps resetting??

Just setting up my RA for the first time and while I was playing with the software on the computer, I keep hearing the relay box clicking every minute or two and when I watch the controller it seems like it’s rebooting every time I hear that click. The controller goes from the screen with the graph to the opening splash screen with the starfish and then back to the graph every time this happens. Is this normal??

Ehhhhh, well it's not doing it now

If the controller is hooked up to the computer through the USB-TTL cable, the unit will reboot everytime you start Arduino IDE.
