I've had to reset my modem a few times recently, and with power outages added in.........it's been a pain keeping the wifi attachment connected to my wifi.
I've been told that setting up a Static IP would fix this problem, but I have no idea on how to do this.
My router is a Netgear WNDR3700, if that helps at all.
Can anyone give me step by step directions on how to set this up if it will fix my problem.
Thanks,
Steve

Re: Static IP for WIFI attachment
Well that was easy...........have to wait for the next reset or power loss to see if it works.
Thanks,
Steve

Re: Static IP for WIFI attachment
I had to replace the modem this week, and the wifi module stopped working after. I had to reconfigure it with my router again after putting in the new modem.
Any ideas?
