ATO Pump Power

So - my unit has been packed away for several years. I'm getting back around to setting the tank back up, but I can't figure out how I had the ATO pump powered. I have a USB cable that plugs in to the cable from the ATO pump and then has a male USB port on the other end, but I for the life of me can't find anything else.
How does this normal ship? Is there a 12v USB plug that I would use to plug the male USB cable in to or am I completely missing a walwart?
If it's a USB adapter, where would I get one? I have tried googling and just haven't come up with the right combination of words.
