I had a problem with buss faults all night. So now i have the only things plugged into the controller are the relay box, and the water level sensor. I redone the code removed the salinity sensor. and uploaded it. I have remove the usb hub, and the salinity sensor.

I have tried 2 different computers, and 2 different web browser to add info to the portal. it still does not show up on my end. I did see the test one you made, but after i tried to load one more they disappeared. when the buss fault happened in the night i did to a alarm thou.

The Buss fault made it about 2 hours and came back.
it came back on again after about 4 hours.
I swapped usb cables for the relay and water level. They are Plugged straight into the RA*.
touch screen was unresponsive, and the led light on the RA* was blinking red/green. Was able to do a reboot from the Uapp. I leave in a few days and really need to get this figured out.

This time the screen would had went to sleep and would not turn on. Is there a way to get the screen to turn back on short of a power cycle?

Just as curiosity. Can you unplug the USB cable of the relay box and power it without being connected to RA?
What color is the logo?

Turned off the power switch on the relay box.
unplugged the usb from the relay box on the relay box side.
Turned the power on on the relay box.
the Angel logo was blink on and off with a white color.

When it does this it also seems to lock me out of the touch screen. but can reboot from the Uapp.

I still cannot update the portal email alarms as well. In the box that says notifications it just has a spinning icon but nothing ever shows up.

Ok, I think you got the wrong relay box.
Some of the boxes that we shipped out were mistakenly shipped with the RANet module inside.
So, I can offer you a RANet radio so you can use this relay box wirelessly or I can swap out yours for a regular box.
PM me for details.
I'll pm you a screenshot of what I get for alerts.

Are you getting emails though?

Yes.
I deleted the extra space you placed on one of the alert names.
I think for some reason it doesn't like the space at the end of the alert names. The last character cannot be a space.
I edited the name on the one you just entered again.
Can you see if you can get them to show up now?

It did it again. I got to add the alarm one. then tried to add one more for low temp and did it again. I do not think I had a space there. Could it be the < or > signs?
Maybe delete all of them for me and I will start again.

It's putting a space at the end of the name somehow.
I removed it again.

Getting bus lock errors again. I have had 3 in the last 24 hours.
I have checked all the usb connectors,
I have remove all the expansion modules,
I have remove the USB expansion hub.
It is just the RA*, and the relay box. the relay box is plugged strait into the RA*

I also seen it do a random reboot on its own.

Any thoughts?
