Do you have any other expansion module, even not connected?
I wanted to see if you could try a different USB cable. A shorter one to see if we can minimize the interference.

The only other thing I have is a wifi module for the older version standard or plus models

The replacement head unit has been running a couple days now and so far working great. No buslocks or network issues at all.
