How to find the MAC address of RA Star

Post by Ibuna_aquarium »

I am using a MacBook Air. Does anyone here know how to get the RA star mac address.
Each electronic device as I know has its own assigned mac address.
It appears that the RA star doesn't list it in the screen along with the IP address.
I hope in the future it is listed along with the IP address.

Can anyone tell him how to get the mac address of each RA STAR unit.
If I have 2 RA star I would like also 2 mac address this for me is the important.

Because I have Xfinity I can see MAC addresses through the Xfi portion of the website but I can also see it when I log into my router. So you should be able to see it through your router too, because most routers have the ability to only allow devices to connect using MAC addresses.

I found a way around this problem. I downloaded an apps called fling for the iPad.
I got the old version of this apps cause the new one does not show the mac address.
This locates devices connected to your wifi. Its a cool apps if you are able to get
the old version cause it tells you the IP, MAC, Brand of the unit. New version they remove
the mac address not sure why?

Regarding future development of the RA Star Screen. Referring to the information located the
IP, version, etc of the RA Star controller. I hope the developer adds this information there.
Makes it easy for everyone.

All routers have a mac address list of connected red devices.
A quick Google search: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.macwor ... i.amp.html
Roberto.
