Setting up RA* for Portal
Is there something I have to do to set the Portal up to recognize my RA*? It was previously set up for RA+ and is showing unreachable address as I disconnected the Wifi attachment from the RA+. My RA* is showing Cloud Connection: Connected and I've been able to upload code remotely through the wizard.
Thanks ~
Thanks ~

Use the uapp instead of the portal:

Just make sure that when when creating a profile, you just set the cloud username and password and leave the ip and port blank.

Re: Setting up RA* for Portal
I'm not sure where to go next. My uapp shows connected to the cloud through a browser, but I'm not getting any data - Temp; Relay Status, etc.
I'm also trying to use the iPhone uapp and it the cloud server is disconnected. I've tried updating the password multiple times and the UserID and PW is blank.
My RA* unit is showing a successful connection to the cloud. Thoughts?

Uapp for iPhone is not updated. Use the web browser version on Safari and it should work the same way.
If you browse http://ipaddress:2000/r99 what do you get?
Get the ip address on the status page of the controller.

I'm getting this from my desktop:rimai wrote:Uapp for iPhone is not updated. Use the web browser version on Safari and it should work the same way.

Get the ip address on the status page of the controller.
"ipaddress’s server IP address could not be found."
Re: Setting up RA* for Portal
Well, you need to replace with your own IP address. That's why I said to find the IP address in the status page of the controller.

Re: Setting up RA* for Portal
Ok, so it looks like everything is good with the controller.
It must be something on uapp.
Are you using the web based uapp?

Re: Setting up RA* for Portal
I was using the web based uapp and for whatever reason, I'm now seeing the data. The refresh in the app didn't do anything, but when I did a hard refresh with the browser it loaded.
