Cloud Wi-Fi No Data?

Post by GiraffeCatDog »

Hello,

Just configured my RA+ and Cloud Wi-Fi again but I get no data at the “uapp” web address.

It says it is connected and all that but not sure what is going on. Pic attached.

Any thoughts? TIA.

Is the cloud wifi connected too?
And you are sure you do have the cloud wifi attachment, right? Not the old wifi attachment.
Did you enter ip address and port when you were setting up Uapp or just cloud username and password??

Cloud Wi-Fi v2 is blinking magenta.

No IP address or port entered per the 2.0 manual on Github - only username and password were put in.

Let me know. Thank you.

Blinking magenta means that it was not able to connect to the cloud.
Try setting the username and password on the cloud wifi attachment again. They both are case sensitive.
