EMAIL NOTIFICATION

Every hour I recieve emails saying that my ph is 0, but when I check on the portal or iPhone app, ph is fine.

I'm looking at the setting of your email triggers and you have a trigger for PHE which is for the pH expansion module.
PHE<6.8
Because you don't have the expansion module the value of PHE is 0.
Changing PHE to PH should fix the problem.

I had the same thing happen to me, but I just realized why it happened. When you edit the pH notification in the Portal, it changes from PH and defaults to PHE. You have to go back up the list and select PH. I didn't catch it the first time.
