Portal Test Open But Still have unreachable address

I set up my portal forwarding and tested it and portal 2000 is open. When I go to portal page it says unreachable address. I can get RA info on app but its unreachable on portal page. Can anyone help.

I can get RA info on app when I'm home but not out of the house. Checked portal again and it is open. My IP is 74.133.xxx.xxxusing portal 2000

Are you using this ip address on your phone?
Does the portal also show this ip address?

I was using the RA's IP. I changed it to my phone and that didn't work either. Now port is saying closed. It was open when I was using RA Ip. Not sure what to do next.

You need to use your WAN ip address when you are outside your wifi.
The WAN ip address is provided to you by your Internet provider.
Usually this ip address changes whenever your internet provider decides it needs to change.
Most people setup dynamic DNS to avoid this problem from happening, but that's something for next step.
I can't see any data with your username. Can you post your code?

Not sure what or where to find my WAN IP. I found a IPV6 WAN address. Is that it? Not sure what you mean by can I post my code.

Sorry had long day in the kitchen little brain dead. I'm using the preloaded code haven't changed it yet. Is the wan ip the ip that pops up when you go to http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/? The remote address? A number like 74.133.xxx.xxx?

Create a code with the wizard and make sure to select wifi attachment and make sure that you put your forum username when asked.
