Portal not showing full information

The portal seems to be showing some information (the basic one, like temp, PH, Main Relay) but is not showing some of the other (relay expansion, RF expansion, Water level). Should it show this automatically or is there something I should do? Do I need to change something in the settings or the code? The relay expansion is being used, and I can see its status in the Android App (but not in the iPhone one).

I have been exploring more, and the dashboard shows the typical info correctly (temp, ph, main relay), I can even switch relays on and off and it works.
However, I not only dont see the adds (relay expansion and water level), but the charts are all empty and so is the banner.
