i just got 2 ra dosing pumps and i hear them running when they should but they never show up on the portal.

i see you need to some some kind of code to make it show up but i have no clue where to start .

The only thing that will show up in the portal is what relay they are plugged into turning on or off.

If you are looking in the Relay Activity to see th history of when it turned on or off it may not show up there depending on how long it is on for.

The portal only updates every 15 min so if it is on for 3 min it may not be caught by the portal.
