Portal not working

I cannot make the portal working. It gives "Unreachable Address". It is probably a port forwarding problem. I have read lots of threads, but I was not able to solve it. Please bear with me, but I am not very expert in this field of router setting. I have a TP-Link Archer D7. I have gone into the Forwarding table and enabled a virtual server (?) as follows:

Service Port-------IP Address------------Internal Port-------Protocol---------Status-------WAN
2000--------------- or UDP------Enabled-----pppoe_8_35_1_d

Now, when I check the opening of the port, it results opened.
Can anyone help?
