Portal not working

Strange events. I log into the portal and it says unreachable address but I see refreshed data. And my android and iOS are not working either. So I can't control my ra. Please help

Went offline around 6pm (est) for me yesterday.
Edit: logging out and back in worked for me.

Sounds like your port forwarding is not working. The RA can send out to the portal so it has refreshed data, but the portal can't talk to your RA. Same reason your mobile app isn't working.

Good call Lee,
I spent over 2 hrs with verizon to get this working... apparently because of the WIFI extenders in the house..... I need to do port forwarding from the WIFI extender not the router... very confusing.... but got it working yesterday.... Thanks
