I've been trying to get this to work for a while, but can't seem to figure it out.

Right now, I've got alerts setup if relay 7 is either on (=1) or off (=0). When I turn the relay on/off, no alerts. The relay activity chart is correct, just no alerts.

What am I missing? I've tried different email addresses. Do I need something in the code?

Controller only send data to portal every 5 minutes. Are you waiting at least 5 minutes?

The log shows that email alerts were sent yesterday for your main relay port 2.
Did you not get those?

Nope. I checked spam filter, nothing there, but added another email account just in case. I tried this before and it didn't work, but will let you know if something happens.

Still nothing.

I think it is a server issue.

All my portal alerts have disappeared. I tried to add them back, but not showing up...

Should be working now.
You can't use < or > signs in the item name.

How do you setup email alerts in the portal? Or are you talking about the phone app?

Also, my web chart is only showing things from 5 days ago. And I when I view others it does the same, server issue?

he's probably talking about the portal. it's towards the bottom and you can enable it. i have a separate android app that allows you to manage your portal notifications for ease of use (that's the only thing it does).

So, the same problem seems to have reemerged... I can connect to controller via tablet (ip address), but the portal isn't getting any data. Seems to have stopped a couple of weeks ago. No changes to the code.

Any ideas?

NVM - Unplugged the wifi cable and plugged it back in, now seems to be OK.
