USB connection no longer updating portal

I had to reinstall Windows about a week ago and I havent been able to get the portal to update since. I'm connected via USB. Not sure what I did before that I'm not doing now (migrated from Windows 7 to 10). I have connectivity to the controller and have pushed updated sketches without issue.

Any ideas where to start?

Do you use the wifi attachment?

No, I dont have the WiFi module (dragging my feet because I need the expansion module too).

You must have been using the Reef Angel Client then.
You need to install it in your new computer.

I was and I still have it but apparently I've done something differently. The client pulls the labels from portal without issue but doesnt seem to push data.

Edit: "Send parameters to Reef Angel..." box wasnt checked.
