Webcam URL not saving in portal

I'm trying to add my webcam URL to my portal and it's not saving.
I paste in the URL set the Width and Height hit save. Refresh the page and it's gone.
I've tested the URL on my cell phone and I can see the stream so I know it's working.

Any help would be appreciated.

Side note: I added spaces since it wouldn't let me post URLS
