I don't see nothing wrong with your settings.
Can you try a different browser or computer?

I have tried 3 different browsers with no luck. When I click on Portal Settings my triggers look empty but I seem to be getting them via my phone (however I think one is configured wrong and I can't fix it). If I try to add one all I get is a working spinning icon.
