Connection failure

Hi
I have problem with connection to portal.
I have done the installation and port forwarding but still its not working?

I have trried to do this in the link but still dont work. Its impossible to connect to the portal. And have done port foreward in my router. One strange thing is that when i put in my ip on the portal setting is that it changes to another number as soon as i log off and log in it has changed again?

Check for port 2000.
Does the ip address shown in that page matches the one in the portal?

yes it does. Does it mean that the port is open? What should i do to make the connection work?

When you check port 2000, does it show open?

No it says closed for both ip number. But i have the port open
