Also, I'm sure it's related but the UAPP is the same. Won't work, thinks user name is unknown.

Re: Is the cloud down?
Great! That webwizard is functioning again! Thanks
UAPP is still broken though. Still have to log into the forum on ever page load (sometimes right after logging in)

Re: Is the cloud down?
I was having this problem as well (with needing to put password every time)
Also it seems that at night (1-3am at least...) this is my coding/debugging time and I see it takes a while for the RA to connect to the MQTT server. It sometimes takes 1-3 fails before I get a successful connection to the cloud. It does not seem like I have this problem during the day. if I reboot the controller it comes back online very quickly.
I had a few disconnects recently as well and had to restart the RA to reestablish the connection. not sure if there is something going on that's related here or not.

I have no problems on uapp on both http or https.tkeracer619 wrote:Great! That webwizard is functioning again! Thanks

Where is that you are getting the forum login request? It doesn't depend on the forum cookies.
Roberto.
Re: Is the cloud down?
It could be due to the reboots I had to do on the mqtt service when I implemented tsl over websocketslnevo wrote:I was having this problem as well (with needing to put password every time)

I've always just gone to forum.reefangel.com/uapp
but neither https or http work for me. Just says unknown forum username.
Whenever I go out of the forums to the rest of the website, come to the forums with a new browser page or tab (even if logged in on another tab), or to the portal.rimai wrote:I have no problems on uapp on both http or https.tkeracer619 wrote:

sometimes I'll log in and it won't take and I have to do it a second time for it to take.
Re: Is the cloud down?
I see.
The link is sending you to http when you leave the forums.
I'll fix it.
But unknown forum username means you don't have a controller profile setup yet.

Thanks! Yeah... I just realized that. When I was swapping between browsers to see if it was my chrome I forgot I did another history wipe... durprimai wrote:I see.

Re: Is the cloud down?
For some reason mine will only work on IE. Any attempts to use chrome or to access the uapp on my iphone via safari is unsuccessful. Any input here?
Re: Is the cloud down?
I tried on all kinds of browser and they all worked, including safari on iphone and chrome on w10.
What is the problem you are seeing?

Re: Is the cloud down?
It was giving me the "unable to process controller data" on safari and chrome, but worked on IE for whatever reason.
Later in the day it was functioning as normal and is fine today.

Re: Is the cloud down?
Having some issues with the uApp, and wondering if it's related. On my browser the uApp works fine, my phone is getting a timeout error but was working fine 2 days ago. Tried to reboot the controller, but it didn't resolve the issue. Noticed that on the top of the controller screen there was a firmware upload failed. I haven't tried to upload anything in the past month.
Re: Is the cloud down?
Nevermind. It is with Star.
You should create a profile without ip address and port to use it as a cloud connected.

Re: Is the cloud down?
Looks like Curt's app still updates fine. Only the mobile phone version of the UApp isn't working. Maybe the controller needs a reboot. I'll check when I get home.
Re: Is the cloud down?
The issue turns out to be that my ISP changed my IP address.
Re: Is the cloud down?
Ok, but you are still not taking advantage of the cloud connected feature.
When you use the cloud server on uapp, you don't have to worry about ip address changes or port forwarding.
Also, using the cloud lets you stream data and you are always receiving data that updates automatically on the screen then moment they happen on the controller. Using ip address/port, you need to hit refresh everytime.
To use the cloud feature, when setting up your profile, you need to leave the ip address/port blank.
Delete the current one instead of erasing the fields. I think there is a lingering effect when you just blank the fields instead if leaving it blank when setting up.

Re: Is the cloud down?
The PC browser version has the option for the cloud server however on the android mobile phone app I'm not seeing the option for the cloud server. I'm using the U-App version v1.0.2, the PC browser cloud server works very well.
