what starting/ending port and what Server IP

I am not able to put in the correct start/end port or server ID. I think that is my issue. I have done everything else I can think of including following the tutorial on portforward.com and setting up a static IP address.....

2000 is default. You can get your ip from ipchicken.com

I must not be presenting my question clearly. I have my IP that went into the reefangelwifiaddress. the reef angel wifi is showing up as a connected device on my router. I have tried to add a 'port forwarding'
Service Name: reefangel
Start Port: 2000
End Port: 2000
Server IP: 192.168.1.6

still nothing

Go to canyouseeme.org and check port 2000 to be open.

all ports I check are not open Reason: connection timed out
