Like the title says...how often do and of you replace the ph probe...or just recalibrate over and over?

Some replace every year, some never.
It depends on how accurate and whether or not you maintain it.

Well, the readings have been drifting higher over the past month or so and I haven't been doing anything different in the tank (dosing is all the same, water changes all the same)...and when I inadvertently pushed the ph calibration button on the controller, it showed that ph of 7 was 625 and ph of 10 was 655...those numbers seemed too close together...

If you go to pH calibration, it won't show the previous calibration numbers.
To find out what the previous calibration number are, you need to use any app that can read internal memory: Java Status, Client or Android Phone.

I've been wondering about this. How do we maintain a pH probe, and how often do we need to do it?

I usually place mine on white vinegar to remove anything that grew encrusting the bulb every now and then.
