Hey
Please excuse the newbie question (Post #1)
I want to setup a 3g router at home instead of ADSL
I am just worried about how to handle the dynamic external IP of the 3g router
Do I need to have a computer permanently linked to allow for the DYNDNS or can I just buy a DYNDNS 3g enabled netgear router?
Wifi & 3g Router
Re: Wifi & 3g Router
I'm pretty sure that if the router is DYNDNS enabled, it has the capability of updating the external IP.
That's what the regular routers do. I don't think it is any different just because the WAN side is 3G instead of ADSL, cable, T1 or fiber.
