Re: WIFI set up issues
Cool.
It's a start.
Now, make sure you are connected to your wifi and not 3G to get your app to work.
If you want it over 3G, you must get your port forwarding setup correctly.
The internal webserver is very simple and doesn't offer anything else.
Another user is trying to get it updated, but he didn't show us anything yet.
So, you will have to go to the portal for those parameters.

Re: WIFI set up issues
I think so.
Can you test for open port 2000?
http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/
Does it say open?

Re: WIFI set up issues
I had some of the same problems. This link show some things you can do to get it running. I've only had it drop off one time in several weeks using this method.
http://forum.reefangel.com/viewtopic.ph ... 1&start=30
I was in a low signal area for mine and added an external antenna, which I believe helped a lot. One time this week I couldn't get the wifi to connect so I rebooted the router and that reopened the port and I was off running again. Can't blame the controller in that case since the router lost the port.

Re: WIFI set up issues
was your wifi attachment losing signal like blinking blue?
Re: WIFI set up issues
I had two issues:
The blinking blue light
A standard blinking green with no connection
After updating the configuration as the thread recommended and putting on the external antenna (make sure to change the configuration to external antenna) I have had to go down once to reboot the module in about two weeks, and that I'm not sure was the module. After a reboot of my router the port opened and I could get in, but I had already rebooted the module.

Re: WIFI set up issues
i went through the daves utility no difference, i tried to update it but im not that good with computers....
i did while it was hooked up to the computer i checked the open port and it said port open
once hooked up to the ra controller and check it it says
Error: I could not see your service on 173.71.122.96 on port (2000)
Reason: No route to host
if i check the wifi through the tool on internet through http://192.168.1.9:2000/wifi it works
now with the iphone app sometimes it will correctly show and control my relays but when i go to the display page for temp ph and sal in gives me a time of 8 hours previous and shows sump-0 display and canopy na ph.0.00
