Problems with Water Level Expansion unit.

Post by Sacohen »

Something strange is going on with my water level expansion unit.

It started showing 200% and then went to 0%.

I tried running the Water Calibration again and when it runs the 100% portion it shows 0%.

Now it is switching between 200% and 0% and I here Port6 which controls the ATO Pump switching on and off.
I unplugged the ATO pump when it went to 200% the first time because it started putting water in the sump.

Take a look at the relay activity for Port 6...

Can you please post the numbers you were getting while doing the calibration?
For both 0 and 100%

I'm talking about the red numbers when you are doing the calibration.

When I re-calibrated last night there were no red numbers.

I tried it again this morning and it calibrated fine and is showing me a 24% right now, which is about right.

I guess it just freaked out yesterday and is fine now.
Although I can't have that happening when I'm not at home to catch it.
