I recently bought 2 jaebo wp25 and I see that there are RA cables for them aswell
I have a std RA PWM model. What ports does the wp25 cable connect to? I want to be able to do anti sync and variable speeds similar to vortech nutrient export mode

It connects to either of the dimming ports on the side of the relay box.
The Wizard will help you set up the coding for the pumps.
If you want to look at my code (link is in my signature) lnevo helped me modify some code he created for paulturner911 that will randomly choose a new mode every day and also go into Nutrient Transport Mode after feeding.

Does the WP25 then directly connect to the RA without using the jaebo controller at all? Cause then I could just cut the cable on the controller and put on the plugs for RA and save $50 which I can then use on a ATU pump

Yes the controller goes away. But the jebao uses 0-5v. The ra is 0-10v the cable has a voltage divider built in. But if your handy with a soldering iron you can make one.
