wifi not upating the portal

Hello,
it's been long time and i'm trying with no success
i have the wifi attachment and i see that wifi is not working
today i make a tcpdump on a laptop connected to the same wifi and i see
UDP packets coming from the wifi attachment from port 2000 to 255.255.255.255 and port 5000
ontecnt is as below:

any ideas or how to troubleshoot it

Can you connect through serial with putty or tera term?

A serial program to connect directly to the wifi module. You can get Tera Term to do that. Once you have that you can run commands on the wifi module to help troubleshoot.
