I have got the Dimmable Lunar Hub and connected to the Daylight dimming port on the relay box. However, I cannot find noticeable dimming effect and it lights up even in the last new moon.
Then, I tried to connect the LED directly to the daylight dimming port and it has dimming effect. The connections and program were checked but found nothing incorrect. Finally I examined the circuit board and checked whether there is any abnormal. It was found that the transistor Q1 was not in place as shown below. Is it normal?

Re: Dimmable Lunar Hub not work
Yes, Q1 is not populated.
It seems your cable from the dimming port to the lunar hub is not connected properly.
Can you try connecting it again?
Make sure to follow the correct polarity.

Re: Dimmable Lunar Hub not work
Thanks, Rimai.
Then what is the normal behavior when no cable connect from the dimming port to the lunar hub? When there is no cable connecting, the led still lights up when 12V power is given. Is it normal?

Re: Dimmable Lunar Hub not work
Just tried to measure the voltage on the PCB with the following results:-
Dimming channel set to 0%
V between 1 and 2 : about 0.2V
V between 3 and 4 : 12.5V
Dimming channel set to 50%
V between 1 and 2 : about 1.3V
V between 3 and 4 : 12.5V
Dimming channel set to 0%
V between 1 and 2 : about 2.3V
V between 3 and 4 : 12.5V
It seems that the input voltage cannot control the output. What else should I test?
