Error 13 device authentication error

I get that on the reef angel status app and timeout on the universal app when I try to reboot. Tried searching to no avail.
I also get random xml parser errors what do you guys think?

I've got a new phone and added reef angel + board since it all started

that error occurs on the status app and can mean a timeout as well. it happens when the connection stream gets closed. i have not been able to pinpoint the exact reason it happens. im not sure what some have done to fix it. you could make sure you have your wifi module configured properly and the correct timeout values on the module are set.

I didn't get the error much before I added the plus board and installed app on new phone.
