PWM lights going off

I have 4 0-10 PWM signal lights attached to my reef angel via a Dimming Expansion.
Those lights are CT Lites and they all connect to one another, and share the same signal.
Lately my Reef Angel will randomly cut the lights off.
And with that, I have several relays that will sort of flash on, and go right back off again.
I've redone the code a couple of times, and I've unplugged different modules to see if something is causing a bus-lock issue, and I can't track anything down. My water level sensor does cause a bus-luck issue every once in awhile, so I have left it unplugged, and I am topping-off everything manually now.
It's getting really irritating, and I'm not sure what's going on.

I switched some connector cables around, and it doesn't seem to be happening anymore.
But, my Water level sensor is causing a bus lock.
Any idea what's up with that?
