I have been trying for over a week on this with no luck. I have two Win7 machines that I have been trying to setup the wifi attachment with. I am unable to communicate with the usb cable over the wifi utility and get a error serial message and I tried using putty but never got a connection.
What are my other options?
unable to setup wifi attachment
Re: unable to setup wifi attachment
Can you post the message you are getting on both wifi utility and putty?
Roberto.
Re: unable to setup wifi attachment
I had much better luck today working off another machine. I now have a blinking green light and the client says trying to connect to your router...

Re: unable to setup wifi attachment
That looks like it is up and running now.
The ip address reported is 10.0.0.58.
You should be good to go.

Re: unable to setup wifi attachment
Thank you for the help Rob.
I have everything setup and got my DNS setup and I can connect to my device while on my network but I cannot connect from an external network. I can see that port 2000 is open but I did not configure the dns update information into my router and maybe that is the issue. I will try to get it connected more this weekend.
What router changes are necessary for this traffic?
